Our internet based secure client access allows employers to privately access their employee's case information including a summary of services, a diagnosis, and a detailed duty status report describing any restrictions that may be given. Our staff is always available to discuss any case or issues the employer may have.

 

Case Management:
Our physicians will actively manage the recovery of injured workers to facilitate their maximum recovery and minimize your expenses.  We will work directly with referring specialists, surgeons and physical therapists.  Our Physicians actively manage all injuries.

Pre-placement, Periodic, and Return-to-Work Examinations:
Utilizing state-of-the-art technology, providing objective information to determine fitness for duty or the degree of existing illness or injury. We can tailor an exam to fit your specific needs.

Job site, toxicology, and ergonomic evaluations:
Performed by physicians specializing in occupational medicine and experts in citing OSHA regulations and how they affect your workplace.

Independent Medical Evaluations:
Our physicians are specialty trained examiners who utilize their skills to determine the extent of disability, causal connection, and permanent partial impairment ratings.

D.O.T. Physicals and Drug and Alcohol Testing:
Our staff is experienced in DOT regulations, and is trained in and utilizes state of the art collection procedures.  All testing is performed by a SAMHSA-certified laboratory, which incorporates Certified Medical Review Officer functions included as a standard part of the service.

Medical Surveillance Examinations:
Hazardous waste, respirator clearance and qualitative fit testing, as well as biological monitoring including blood serum testing and evaluation.

Drug Testing Programs:
We provide consultation services for policy design and implementation and provide several testing procedures for drugs and alcohol. Hair analysis and instant result urine testing makes us a full-service drug and alcohol program testing provider.  Breath alcohol testing is performed by certified breath alcohol technicians using state-of-the-art equipment. We also will train your staff to collect specimens at your facilities anywhere in the country.

Medical Review Officer (MRO) Services:
We can perform the medical review of all drugs testing at any of your facilities assuring that all of your employees will have the same consistent and reliable review of their drug tests. Our stringent standards and vigilant attention to the most current regulations guarantees your compliance with all DOT regulations.

Physical Therapy to include:
Work Conditioning to facilitate the timely and safe return of injured workers to full, unrestricted duty. This is done in our building thus allowing the physician to easily communicate progress and treatment goals with the physical therapist. Our on site facility also makes scheduling appointments and travel much easier on your employees thus allowing for less missed work time.

Industrial Hygiene:
We can connect you with a certified industrial hygienist to assist your company with safety, ergonomics, industrial hygiene, environmental management, pollution
abatement, and environmental management functions that are mandated by Federal and State law. 

Health Promotion, Wellness and Health Risks Analysis programs:
To identify and counsel employees with risk factors or life styles having adverse consequences, such as high blood pressure, diabetes, obesity, elevated cholesterol, and lack of exercise. We also can schedule educational programs on site for your employees.
